It's not about the rankings you have to actually be on the field to get it if you've ever played even in high school especially College every players are talking s*** to each other every time you line up in front of somebody he's talking about your mama or your grandma if somebody's talking about how they're going to rape you in the Huddle or in the pile wait there talked all kind of crazy s*** sometimes they try to poke you in the eye when nobody's looking when you get tackled football is dirty when you get down in the trenches of it all they're doing is talking s*** to each other it ain't got nothing to do with rank that doesn't matter it's what happens on the field

I love Nick Saban. I’m not even an Alabama fan, but I cheer for them most times because I respect the hell out of him.
We had a slow lazy week in practice one week and went on to blowout a smaller school and when our team started celebrating the win our couch made us do gassers in front of the other team and families until people were puking. It was amazing.
He should be. That win is about as impressive as OSU’s win over ND turned out to be.

Alabama had like 15+ penalties so the refs weren’t on their side. Also, rankings are moot. They are based off media perception. I’m sure Texas will go a long way this year and Alabama will too.

Thing about that is it’s week 2 so rankings are garbage. What if Texas doesn’t lose another game? Then this win will look a lot different. Even if Texas loses 2-3 more games it doesn’t matter. Even the greatest teams have off games but the expectations at Alabama have become so ridiculous.
