Happy to meet you as well :) CLIO and FWEE feel completely different. For clear and refreshing sensation, go with FWEE. As for CLIO, it's more calm and moody. I personally prefer FWEE.

Texture is far better on this one. Yes, it is matte, but each has different powder feel to it.
