Also, I was thinking the ruffles would be acieved by frillying a straight fabric in fancy ways, but it actully turne out to be a simples spiral! Mind blowing for us once-in-a-while diy enthusiasts. I'm customizing a thrifted dress to my bff wedding as her bridesmaid and I thought y2k ruflles would look quite interesting.
