What stands distinguished from the rest when fighting in Japan is that the crowd is so quiet, restrained, reserved, & polite that you can hear the instructions given from each corners. The way how andy sent the two hits amazing 1) first punch in face and blocking his view. 2) and at the same time a kick... and the kick in the temporal part of the skull ( mooves your brain in a way impossible to stand up. Great defense of Andy great atack also in all the fight.
With a guy like Zambidis you have to kick down to make him tired. That Greek goes full stamina on the offensive but Andy knows how to control him with a good defense. I saw no jab from souwer in this fight... Maybe he knows something I don't but I would use the jab at all times vs Mike. Jab-lowkick will be my faster combination to throw.

That’s why u can see muay thai, taekwondo, or k1 specialists in k1 competitions. Thailand protects muay thai so much that they even banned MMA years ago

Furthermore, the casual audience doesnt understand the intricacies of clinching, they just want two people to throw down constantly which is sad but understandable. They want comebacks and drama, in Muay Thai the winning fighter usually protects his lead in the last round, thats why you see many fighters being passive or even running around avoiding the fight in round 5. K1 is basically the marketable version of Muay Thai. More points to punching and kicking, no elbows, one knee per clinch and throws dont score IIRC.

And while Muay Thai camps brought revenue from training tourists and actually opposed MMA/Grappling being incorporated, many MMA fighters are moving to Thailand for their fight camps and there are way more grappling camps there now.
