This was the first video that explains the motor battery comes from the controller. Thank you!

That piece of equipment has really added a nice cinematic touch to your videos.

I can't even imagine your video budget. Next level stuff.

      Now it's pretty much $0. :-)

Good review, Ben! I can't believe that you're lugging all of that gear around with you. What's next? I think you need to invest in a Sherpa or perhaps an alpaca, haha.

      A sherpa would be great!

It was very fun hanging with you and Bob in Zion. He and I were talking about that when I met up with him this past fall in Zion. The good ol' days. :-)

Thanks for another informative video. I have been wanting to get a motorized slider for awhile. I have a Sony A7 i use to shoot with and it also has the built in time lapse app in it. You said it wouldnt do vertical due to weight. if i used my GoPro 4 silver, in your opinion do you think it would go vertical ok seeing as it s a much smaller camera?

Very nice job on this video man! Great tips too! I just picked up the 42in Ultimate bundle. Freaking awesome quality! They sent me the normal bag instead of the big ended bag for keeping it all put together. Hope they can exchange that for me.

Thanks Kevin. I love their stuff. I just ordered an Arc to add another level of movement to my videos. I'm looking forward to working with it.

I've been very happy with mine. If I was in the market now, I would also consider their all-in-one units with the motor and battery built into the slider itself. That would speed up the setup time, and make it a bit easier to carry all the gear into the field.

Ben Horne Just pulled the trigger on it today second hand on eBay. Got a great deal. I’ll be using it more for timelapses. Thanks a mill Ben. I’ll be sure to check out a few more of your videos.

Can you tell about the rolling thing reliability ? I have a similar slider and it sliding completely rough now.

Mine is still very smooth. I try to keep everything nice and clean though.
