He mentions the charges when speaking to the reason for the warrant at :45-1:00. Torture, mayhem, spousal abuse, and sexual acts by force; and the other for kidnapping to commit rape by force or fear. This dirtbag was definitely a threat to everyone around him.

For example in this case, the previous charges plus the addition of new charges for resisting arrest, evading, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal firearm, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person/felon, brandishing a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder on a peace officer, etc. (I think I covered em all but I might have missed something) lol I’m sure you get the idea of what I’m going for. Las Vegas Metropolitan police department does this in their critical incident briefings and I think it really puts a bow on things.
Unfortunately, I would love to congratulate the P.D. for every officer being safe and keeping society safe as well. However Lil Ricky(street nickname), was a very dear friend of mine! R.I.P.!!! I understand the severity of this situation and I don't really appreciate people applauding my friend's death, reguardless!!! THERE IS NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF WHEN SOMEONE, A FAMILY, FRIENDS LOSE A LIFE!!!

What does it matter? If the allegations were false he could've given up peacefully and handled things in court. He could've even sued the department and the victim if it was purely false. Instead, he chose to have a gun battle with the police. If anything it's his fault for getting that bystander shot. It was he who forced those officers to fire their guns. We're not in the 25th century where we have lasers and you can direct where the bullets go. Your friend caused all this, not the cops.
