    - (1.9%) Salt: 9 grs
    - (1.61%) Dry yeast: 8 grs
    - (42%) Milk: 206 grs
    - (8%) Egg: 39 grs
    - (8%) Butter: 39 grs
    Pain de Mie/Sandwich Loaf
    Dough weight: 1000 grs
    Ingredients:
    - (100%) All-Purpose flour: 549 grs
    - (60%) Water: 329 grs
    - (0.4%) Dry yeast: 2 grs
    - (12%) Sourdough starter: 66 grs
    - (1.5%) Sugar: 8 grs
    - (1.8%) Salt: 10 grs
    - (5.6%) Butter: 31 grs

    Pain D Mie I noticed you didn't add milk (which I am glad)and added yeast when you added a sourdough starter. I am going to make it tomorrow and see how it turns out.
