Never give him any solt! That what leads cats to kidney failure! Add water straight in his food! He doesn’t drink enough. And no, 10 years is not old for a cat at all, he can live 20!!!
I love this slow paced type of living. I think as you get older you tend to value simplicity and peace more. At 31, I wanted to be living this life with my husband but I know I have to work now just to save for a small living then get a home with a garden where I can grow my food.

I love how cozy everything felt in her home and how peaceful my time with her was. This is a great video, it really captured the feeling of being there again.

For many years I collected beautiful things purchased at home or from travels to Europe. About the age of 60 I knew I had to let go. I no longer wanted to spend my days dusting. I gave away probably half of those possessions and sold the rest. :( The only things I have left are what sit on top of my dresser.

At 6:16 I actually gasped! My British Grandparents have the same set of figures! I loved playing with them as a small child and often wondered where they came from, for some reason I never asked. I'm now imagining how Grandma and my Grandparent's lives may have crossed paths because of a shop or market somewhere in Europe! The house really is a memory treasure trove, thank you for this!
Ku Ku from Russia!!! Everything I just saw is the same in Russia. Food- same way to eat, pictures in the album, love to grandma, ( came from Jewish) even old wooden buffet is the same as in the russian country house. I know we all came from the same ancient ancestors.

Je viens de Bretagne mais je vis au Royaume Uni, c'est très étrange pour moi et à la fois très satisfaisant de voir ce genre de vidéo. Les gens pensent toujours que l'herbe est plus verte ailleurs, mais il faut apprendre à apprécier ce qui nous entoure d'abord car ce que l'on a déjà est "l'herbe plus verte" de quelqu'un d'autre. La gratitude est la plus belle chose. Ma Bretagne me manque, merci pour cette vidéo, cela me rappelle les après midi chez mes grands parents :)

Je viens de Bretagne mais je vis au Royaume Uni, c'est très étrange pour moi et à la fois très satisfaisant de voir ce genre de vidéo. Les gens pensent toujours que l'herbe est plus verte ailleurs, mais il faut apprendre à apprécier ce qui nous entoure d'abord car ce que l'on a déjà est "l'herbe plus verte" de quelqu'un d'autre. La gratitude est la plus belle chose.
Ma Bretagne me manque, merci pour cette vidéo, cela me rappelle les après midi chez mes grands parents :)
