Michigan had a good game, apart from they need to fix those turnovers. Too much given away. Also, was I the only one to think these refs were a little whistle-happy? Iggy didn't get fouled on that dunk, and there was like possessions fouls were called when no one got touched. Either way, go blue!
MSU won the big ten tourney but Michigan looks like the better team. A final four spot is certainly possible if they keep playing like this. Matthews is so smooth & is mr clutch in the biggest games.
Right now MSU is better. If Michigan and MSU traded PGs Michigan would be a very serious contender for the NC.
They didn’t match up well with MSU. They needed a big that could shoot. Teske is a below average shooter and that let MSU be able to collapse and cheat over to the shooters trying to get open either in or off the ball. Plus people just played nervous and had bad games. They were a veteran team last year this year they’re pretty young and they have no depth.
This is wishful thinking...and not the problem. Simpson is a significant liability and MSU knows how to exploit him. @@commandershepard1838
