Taste of Ashes - Tobias - Chapter 2 (BLOOD WARNING 13+)

Rated ages 13+ due to blood, violence, and murder. (fantasy murder, but still murder)
IT'S FINALLY DONE!!!
Have to laugh! Started this at the beginning of 2023, (*checks date* February 2023?!! 10 months ago??!!!! DAMN!!) and it's finally finished on the very last day of 2023. xD
Back when Illiana's Chapter 2 videos were finished, I was still struck with inspiration to edit, had already plotted out the story and events and with other players, already had a rough draft of the final script (to no one's surprise needed SERIOUS shortening xD), so just went for it! Illiana came first no question, but even after all this time I've kept Tobias in the back of my head! And yes! That does mean in my pile of scripts there's one for Tobias Chapter 3 :3 (Not anytime soon though!!)
May I just say it's a major joy and relief to see this finally done!!
This one was definitely a huge learning experience for me, not only with creating scenes in AE (which is a trick I'm gonna save for all my big scenes from now on because it is a TON of work!! :3), but to even telling the story through visuals instead of dialogue was honestly a lot of fun!! Some elements of this video ended up helping Illiana out for her Chapter 3 video, and funny enough in the end that video helped inspire the Jade holding the scroll flashback.
All in all this was a lot of fun!! I'd love to continue Tobias's story in a similar pattern of filling in dialogue where necessary, especially as he makes his way with the rebels to Rhaegon's Island. :3
Story Summary:
Having been arrested for treason and locked in the dungeons away from his pup Rowan, Tobias is visited by Illiana, and makes a terrifying discovery. Lord Henry escaped the hangman's noose. With a promise of Illiana's return unfulfilled, Tobias is given a second chance at life with the help of Catalina. He chooses to take it, as well as the consequences the choice comes with.
