Why did you use area instead of simply matching up the map scales? When I did this for Waterdeep and Constantinople, there is no way ten Waterdeeps fit inside Constantinople, they appear roughly the same size if not Waterdeep being larger!

I guess probability of civilian dying from careless adventurers with fireballs is also high
