That’s an awesome tune. It looks like claw hammer style but the tune is different than any I’ve ever heard. Strumming chords. Kind of a different cadence than most.
Yes. I can play a straight "bum-ditty" but I find it more fun/challenging to syncopate my playing. I don't exactly know what I'm doing, honestly, but it feels natural to me. I was an acoustic guitar player first, so I guess I'm trying to reproduce that feel on the banjo.
