Chelsea fan here, I really think Potter is a very good coach and was dealt a terrible hand at Chelsea when he was there. West Ham already have a decent squad imo and with some time and a bit of patience to implement his style, he can definitely get you back in Europe.

One of the best things about Graham Potter as a manager and as a person, and I am not really sure that everyone will get this but he has a very good level of intelligence. He's also managed abroad, in Europe (Scandinavia - Sweden) and before that played as a left back for a number of good English clubs so has a good education and experience. To be fair, I think he was a bit harshly treated at Chelsea after having done a terrific job at both Swansea City and Brighton. Best of luck to Graham at West Ham United and hopefully he can build on what Davie Moyes was able to achieve at the London stadium.
