Hi, Generally the app sends an alert to check if you are still listening, you have to click I’m still listening to re-activate the monetisation. They will show you an advert after the advert they will start monetizing your songs again and this happen often you you always need to check the app to see that you still getting monetised or if you need to watch an ad to re-activate.
Hi Ma’am, sorry to hear this. The company would be in a better position to assist you get your account back. I don’t know how to reactivate an account in the platform. Contact their support email and relate your grievance.
Your earnings disable when you listen for long without checking your phone. They generally send a message and ask you to click “ok” to show you are paying attention. In this case, quit the app and re-start it. If it doesn’t work, delete it, re-download, log back into your account and the green button should be restored, you current points too. As you listen, check your phone and make sure you can hear a bit of volume so they don’t disable your earnings again. It’s a new feature. For more trouble shooting, don’t hesitate contacting them directly and relaying their app errors and issues.
