+TEMPA T bench won't mess up your growth at all bro. I started lifting when I was 14. I was 5'8" and now I'm 6'1" at the age of 19. You'll be fine. Bench is the bread and butter for the chest. Do some flat bench, incline benck. Flies and decline bench.
