      Jake Gose it’s really not hard to workout every day. Once you start out it’s hard and annoying. But then it becomes fun and doesn’t feel like a chore, more like a hobby you look forward to doing more then any other activity

    Racks on racks is the type the person that workouts Monday and Tuesday then gives up cause he not seeing results. You don't understand how people are passionate for changing their life...       +TEMPA T bench won't mess up your growth at all bro. I started lifting when I was 14. I was 5'8" and now I'm 6'1" at the age of 19. You'll be fine. Bench is the bread and butter for the chest. Do some flat bench, incline benck. Flies and decline bench.

      ectomorphs need 4000+ per day.. 6-8 meals.. ~500cal per meal. metabolism is fucking crazy on ectomorphs

      I don't know if I'm ectomorph, I might be in between ecto and endo but my metabolism is very high and I'm eating at 3500 cal per day. I've gained 7 pounds in a month and a half after trying this bulk

      Yeah, unfortunately it's the only calorie count that has been working for me :( I tried 3,000 and was maintaining my weight of 163. Note I'm 6'2" so I'm not very muscular. But ever since I bumped it up I've been gaining weight pretty quick

      For a 170cm guy gaining 1kg is like for a 190cm guy gaining 3kg.
      It is obvious that a 70kg 170cm guy looks more muscolar than a 70kg 180kg one, but the shorter you are, the more time you have to train to gain kilos.

    You need to do legs to you know . From what i have seen you are only doing upperbody and arms. It looks weird compared to your legs. Im here to help ;)

      +Rob Ortiz I was a Wrestler in highschool so I know about the stuff too, if anything you should know about this as well since you have to make weight yourself in boxing! The kids an ectomorph who started working out right as puberty hit him if you couldn't tell already.. The serious mass he's using has some creatine in it and aminos for recovery as well to speed up the process and it's loaded with like 700 calories, The kid clearly just eats good and lifts hard and it's not like he's frickin' huge as it is, have you never seen a transformation video before? Especially an ectomorph one? Maybe he is on gear who knows but he sure as hell looks natty to me.
