You can't blame marukh for sila's behaviour. I agree marukh did spoil them a bit but that was merely a few weeks. As soon as Saeed went to jail she stepped up and got them enrolled in a school etc. The truth is sila and dua had very different personalities from day 1. Shani was long spoilt by Saeed but is somewhat decent now. Meanwhile sila never cared for her father's indifferent attitude towards his daughters while dua felt it a lot. Dua was a lot closer to her grandma too while sila was carefree and loved playing games and watching TV. She was never studious or a responsible child like dua. I don't think it is to do with marukh. If she did spoil them for a few weeks she spent the rest of her life trying to keep them on the right path and provide for them.
