If he really wanted to take it to the next level no court will keep up a verbal consent agreement while they are "under the influence" - a quick google search shows they will throw that shit out. But what Ari did was super respectable....there is NO WAY that guy should be out there driving and at the end of the day he easily could have saved someone's life or the dudes. Could have drifted into the oncoming lane...etc... did the right thing getting him off the road.
