It's hit difference when you realize what Park Jiyoon been through in her career. 'Don't look back anymore' its a simple sentence but hit hard because full of honesty from artist.

@@-blackcherry3918 When Park Jiyoon signed with JYP he made her sing her hit song "Adult ceremony" when she was still underage. The song is raunchy and details a young girl losing her innocence to an older man. Although it was a hit, the song received major backlash from the public and many career ruining rumors were spread about her during it. Along with this, Park Jiyoon herself was not aware of the true meaning of the song and came from a very religious background. The song caused the relationship between her and her parents to become strained. She ended up leaving the industry for a few years as the public pressure got to her and lost her will to live during those years. Nowadays shes a lot happier but back then it was really hard on her.

It is quite amazing that Namjoon chose to close his album about his 20's with Park Jiyoon who sang the coming-of-age ceremony (20 in korean age) song with lyrics "No lookin back" and "My Love, don't look back anymore". He is a genius.

To me. this song says to stop regretting and beating myself up about the past believing I'm not enough or up to standard of others. That I really did the best. That I should breathe easy and use what I have to confidently approach the future.

INDIGO feels like a spiritual awakening and this song feels like being embraced by the person we love the most may it be our mother, lover, sibling, ect. It just has such a strong feeling of "You did your best and you'll be okay now." It felt like a cleansing. RM is a genius.
