what I don't like about it though is its ground clearance. even at high suspension, the front clearance is still super low resulting to potholes when driving through tracks or some roads. this is the same issue on m12 too.

The snakes speed, acceleration, off roading, and control is better than the air tail. But the only good thing about the air tail is that it is a 3 seater and it’s design is pretty cool too. But snake is overall better than the airtail.

Ok, so when vehicles slow down at top speed, that is usually a bug. Asimo did say he *tried* to fix it though. This happened with the ATV and I think the deja Vu in the past. This is not, however, to be confused with when a vehicle slows down above it's maximum speed. This might be due to alternate forces such as other cars hitting it, rocket fuel, or gravity (driving down a slope). Which can all break the maximum speed barrier. I think that the torero has this bug, but I'm not certain.

The snake's actual top speed is 238. I tested it out myself. So the Snake and Airtail are similar in acceleration and top speed.

Nope but it does indirectly because if the vehicle bounces then it will lose speed.

I found the best route for speed testing...and it actually has quite very little turning involved. So it starts from the police station near msm without a heli, and starting from there u need to go towards the prison. So once u pass prison and enter the tunnel u will need to keep going and then after u pass the small bridge that is similar to the one near prison u need to keep going. Once u go past the crater city u will have to actually change roads...but by the time u need to change the roads u would've reached the top speed of the vehicle of u didn't crash. So the road u need to shift to has a train track going beside it to...then u just follow the road beside the track and u will see the end which is a green house I think near the trading hub.

If Jailbreak followed irl speeds the Brulee should not be the fastest vehicle and the eclaire should outpace it, in this scenario the Snake (McLaren Senna) would only go up to around 208 mph and the Airtail (Speedtail) goes to 250 mph. Meaning if jailbreak did do this then the Megalodon (720s) would be like 4 mph faster than the snake at 212 mph…

Honest opinion (also biased) the best vehicle that costed about 600k is the molten because it has really fast acceleration and it has a top speed 1 mph slower than airtail + it has better handling than airtail. The only reason why people would most likely use the m12 molten is because it can catch up to roadster and also escape from high speed vehicles due to its acceleration/launch speed

The reason why the snake is slower than the air-tail is because the air-tail is more aerodynamic than the snake because the snake has the active spoiler that is causing it to be less aerodynamic have a great day :D
