Thank You Ma'am for sharing your thoughts about Family Planning. In my opinion, we Muslims living in an under developed country Pakistan are in a huge number. Now we should focus on quality instead of quantity. Islam is against Joint Family System, most of middle class people cannot afford to build a separate home for their Kids after their marriage. If we have fewer kids(e.g 2 kids) then we would be able to financially support them efficiently. A bitter truth is most people in Pakistan tend to have more children just to have a boy instead of a girl. I don't think that's a fair approach. More kids would be preferred in a country where Muslims are in the minority like USA, Europe and Russia. Israel has just 9.5 Population but we can see how they dominate the World as they focus a lot on Quality. Moreover, What Allah said in the Quran is about not to kill your children because of hunger, Allah did not say that produce kids when you are in a poor financial situation. You said initially a word " Halat " . Now this is the most important thing. The family planning is why needed which has no concept in islam . This haram thing is only needed when "halat " are bad or condition are bad. It means we need to struggle to repaire or correct the " Halat" which are under our influance by the grace of Allah Subhan Huwa tala. We need to finish and vanish totally the interest based system which is the only and the most biggest problem. The whole society is under pressure due to this Interest based system. We need to activate and provoke the society to work against this. We need to be united against this system no religios sectarionism should be a reason of hinderance in unity. When you have "Halat" or economy according to the Deen you do never ever require Any family planning you simply need to follow islamic guide lines.
Making blind assumptions and accusations against village people is ridiculous, condescending, inspired by liberal feministic paradigm and superiority complex of city over villagers. Lifestyle of villagers is described as oppressive while oppression of people of city is presented as positive thinking.
