No it's not.. they Essentially used a backwards wheelie bar hooked up to hydraulics under the car To make it "wheelie" safely. You can literally google it and see pictures of in action if you'd like.

All the years of drag racing and building race cars. The best place for weight is right over the rear wheels or just behind or in most cases just in front of the rear wheels. I normally use the rear seat wells. Not all the way out there that’s just plan madness. And it’s not working at all. But he could be testing to see where the best spot is by moving the weight forward. But like I said a lot of years a lot of mistakes and a lot of success.
