General Barry counsels officers

Zambia Air Force Commander, Lieutenant General, COLIN BARRY has advised ZAF officers to take advantage of the Credit Union and Savings Association - CUSA- instead of using loan sharks.
General BARRY says his command is aware that a well-motivated force is critical to the attainment of the goals and objectives of the Air Force, hence the need for officers to uphold financial discipline.
