Very sad development & it shows the incompetence of own town councils. More other people have died there & so far no warning signs have been put up there. Councils are also supposed to have swimming pools where children are to learn swimming like it is in developed countries. But sadly, councils like Ndola city council have so far sold off swimming pools & parks leaving the public vulnerable. Even universities should have swimming pools to encourage students to learn how to swim. Condolences to the family
