This is again the best. The good part about this interview is "it doesn't sound like an interview". That what's come across when two good humans are in conversation.
All I can say is the guy is genuine and nuanced..it just shows..
Forget boyfriend every person needs a friend like this in their lives. I recently saw his movie recs and here he's talking about books which is really as good as it gets for me, but still, aap jaisa ek friend mil jaye bas Sir life set hain. An hour with a friend like this would be perfect for the head which keeps getting cluttered with crap. It's so amazing to see people so genuinely inspired and excited about the things they do which is good for us because we get to see some really, really good work because of that. Netflix is too expensive for me but I'm coming for this! Last time was because of Season 2 hahaha

He is using the word partner to be more politically correct. Instead of using girlfriend/boyfriend , "partner" symbolize equality.

But in a straight relationship it the world Partner symbolizes equality, sure there is an argument telling how the words gf/bf symbolize INEQUALITY. I still can't see how those words promote inquality and hence people are using partner.
@@shingre if you just call someone partner, they're your companion, mostly a relationship. you dont need to divulge your orientation, whether het or otherwise. like ravit said, it creates places where gender and sexual minorities dont need to out themselves to strangers/ known people while talking about their partner.

Hiiii .... Thank you so much for the interview with Dhruv .... I chanced on the first season and loved it thoroughly... I have followed it ever since .... The line where Dhruv mentioned that the audience has grown with the seasons is so true ... It's quite surreal that I was single when the first season aired and met my husband shortly after it aired .... Then got married shortly before the second season aired ... And I am in long distance .. when the third season is about to come out ... It's very surreal
