There are some beautiful young ladies on the dance team. The two young ladies holding the flags are precious. Ain’t nothing better than a HBCU band baby!
Watching those kids look for the college-aged counterparts in the band and seeing those 4 mini drum majors follow you guys all the way down was honestly my favorite part about the video. I hope to see some of them along your ranks in a few years!

I love the way that the DMs from the high school band walked the whole way down the side of the field to watch the J5 performing "Get Ready". Pure appreciation.
I don't care how many times I've played against the boom, I never get tired of watching the DMs go live when the band plays "Get Ready".

When they hit "Get Ready", the musicians were smokin' and that whole band front was DEALIN', Jim!! You can't tell me, as a people, that we can't GET IT DONE!!! Made the ol' boy proud of his babies! 😊
JSU is a marching band that will lighten your day no matter what it is you are going through they get it lit. Kayla and the J'Settes are the icing on the cake.
Pretty cool to see the Skyline marching band in the background watching while the Sonic Boom marches to "Get Ready". Like looking up to the innovators of it.
I LOVE the way the JSU band have their plumes and instruments swaying side to side when they march! Best stadium entrance in the nation! My brother is a JSU and Sonic Boom alum, class of 1980! My Marching Hornets were in the 2019 Tournament of Roses parade. I would LOVE to see The Sonic Boom in that parade! Get Ready and the Jsettes high kick would turn Southern California out!

We all are aware that there will NEVER Be Another Abraham mcduff that dude was and still is one of the best drum majors Around .not seeing him is a little weird but these young brothers seemed to have mirrored him pretty well.i noticed in the merge video they had the young brother from Karr doing his thing with JSU.good job Kev on your videos👊

Barbara Lane: I believe the Hispanic young man used to be the lead drum major for Skyline High School. He is FIRE, but I believe he is playing the piccolo in the JSU band. He needs to be in the drum major lineup.
