If you weren't the Pautzke crew i'd ask if you fished any pimples < GRIN > love when the lakers are coming up how they burp...beautiful day on the water...maybe we could meet some time in my Lund Pro-V or i also love our 49th state Alaska...tight lines, smooth seas...AJ Johnson III
Pautzke, have you guys ever fished lake Erie----its up there in Erie Pennsylvania. if not please go, lake Erie is a great area to fish. a big lake & lots and lots of fish. great video
So tell me. What would you rather lose? A 1 ounce sinker or a 15lb fish. Cause the way you're doing it your going to lose the fish. Tie lighter line on to your sinker lead and almost the same pound test to your hook. This way when the fish hits the bottom or stuff in the water (because it will happen) you'll only lose the weight and not your prized catch. The more you know. Or in the case of these guys the more you don't know.
Capt Ted is awesome. I’ve fished with him many times.
Those green minnows were awesome looking, I wish we had lakers where im from! great video!
Recorded horizontally:)
What are the Moose biting on ?
You guys should do fishing in Rochester
Saludos a migo eselente video y que buena pesca
Quite a few anglers are using 3000 size reels for the large diameter spools and EXTRA capacity line. No it doesn’t affect the balance of the setup.

@@TeamPautzke great fishing there
I seen some perch in that bait bucket is it legal to use them as bait in the US? Just curious because it isn't in Canada.
Kelly,
Good question. We know we released the perch after seeing it. It came in the batch of bait we purchased.
That would be cool
what month was this in? sorry if i missed it in the video

Would this work in the finger lakes
Gerald, it works anywhere trout are found.
Canadian coho!?! Is that what you call a laker? Haha

Them lake trout don't like to come to the light they like the dark. They will zip that line off your reel to get back to the dark.
Why do all you americans call them "king" salmon. they are chinook salmon. get it straight.
