      Pretty stereotypical for dinosaurs to be killed by a volcano. And the Brachiosaurus 🦕 that was seen dying was the same and first dinosaur Hammond introduced to his visitors in JP 1. May she Rest In Peace.

      Gymnastic raptor is grapically brutal, JP3 Rex was unfair, but Brachiosaurus from Fallen Kingdom, when it roars for help and they leave her to die.. man, the emotions. its very manly to cry with this scene, its very normal.

    The Brachi's death in Fallen Kingdom was by far the most heartbreaking death in any movie I ever saw.
    When I saw Fallen Kingdom in theatres in 2018, I was so hyped for Fallen Kingdom. The Brachi's death broke my heart. Mind you, I was 17 at the time. When the scene where the brachi made her iconic stand on the pier, there were no dry eyes in the theatre. The only deaths in movies that made me cry my eyes out as much as I did for the brachi was:
    Bambi's mom in Bambi
    Mufasa in the Lion King
    Serius in Order of the Phoenix
    Gus in The Fault In Our Stars
    Han in The Force Awakens
    Vader in Return Of The Jedi
    And Jack in Titanic
    When I re-watched the film a few months ago, I was happy I was watching it in my room. Because I knew I would've looked like a crying mess if anyone saw me.

      @Sophie Davies it's what they think "velociraptors" (note the velo's in the game are actually utahraptors but that aside) did. Their skull showned signs of a more developed brain that solved problems. And since the indo was part raptor. We as humans think we can only solve problems but I have seen my 11 week old pup try to get on the couch. One moment he just sat down, stared at the couch and suddenly used his mother as footstool to get on the couch. He actually problemsolved it.
      So its nice to see an aspect like that actually in a movie about prehistoric animals

    I really love the death of the mighty Indominus.
    There was a guy that filmed this fight in the theater with his smart phone and uploaded it on RUclips and i watched this video with the most horrible quality you can even imagine over and over again, just because i wanted to see it again.
    Seeing my 2 favourite dinosaurs in the franchise destroying this Lab monster was great.
    But the saddest moment probably was the death of the old Brachio.
    The fact that this animal was so helpless is the worst. You can't fight or flight against a vulcano and on top of that you die a slow and cruel death...

    • @leehill9963
      @leehill9963 5 лет назад +7

      John Cena I agree seeing the brachiosaurus dying like that still makes me cry every time, same with the scene of the dinosaurs running for their lives and knowing most won’t make it. The worst part is that their deaths are more merciful than those who survived and ended up in the hands of humans you know will treat them poorly 😢

      Slow and cruel? I don't think so. Brachiosaurus was hit with a pyroclastic flow that probably had large volcanic bombs and debris that killed it in a spot. As for the cruel, volcano can't be cruel, neither can nature be. It's a part of life.

    • @leehill9963
      @leehill9963 5 лет назад +4

      Marko Sofranić Your right, the brachiosaurus would have died quickly in the cloud of ash, volcanic activity is a part of nature but still hard to watch a creature so majestic perish like that. Which is why everyone should cherish life because you never know when it will end.

    • @JohnCena8351
      @JohnCena8351 5 лет назад

      @@markosofranic3905 As far as i remember the brachio was still alive when the ash was falling on him. They pretty much implied that the lava killed him. And thats definite a slow and painful death.
      And yeah, that's nature, but this doesn't make being burned alive less cruel.

    #1 will always be memorable for me. I remember the first time my family and I watched Jurassic World. During the scene where the two brothers (can't recall their names) leap into the water to escape the Indominus, we see the Rex go to the cliff's edge and look down as if considering following them. Ultimately it hesitates and walks away. I remarked that that made sense for a dinosaur (even an apex predator) to fear the water in such a way. My sister asked why, but I didn't say anything at the time as we both got wrapped up in watching again.
    Fast-forward to the final fight and the Mosasaurus surprise. As it chomped down on the Indominus and dragged it to a watery grave, I just sorta nodded to the screen without missing a beat and said, "That's why. Because they knew there were bigger and scarier things than them living in it."

      In any case, the Indominus fearing water could have multiple sources. Maybe it was a terrible swimmer. Don't take my offhand fun anecdote as anything else than what it was.

    Excluding the tear jerking deaths of the Apatosaurus and Brachiosaurus, the saddest death to me was Charlie, the first of the raptor squad to die. The way she looks at Owen with a curious, almost child-like innocence kinda reminds me of the behavior of Toothless from HTTYD, and it kinda makes you wonder. I dont see how anyone could dislike the Kelly scene. She was a great character, realistically childish but definately smart, I'm sure she and Sarah got along great during the rare times they met. One reason i love camp cretacious is that it highlights how much human deaths in the movie are do to stupidity or chance (i.e. Dinosaur pops out of bush to kill human, it just so happens to be a red shirt. There are so many times that the protagonists are saved by plot armor). The kids frequently turn back to help each other, distract the dinos. They will distract a predator from a kill even with no plan to escape and barely make it out by the skin of their teeth. So it was great to see the young girl realize she was more mobile than the raptor up there, do to her personal skills. There isnt much you can do in a clearing vs a rex but i wish the franchise would explore more the fact that raptors are human sized, and thus killable easily by humans. I'd love a scene like in Predator where a human gets away and uses a knife to forge a spear or two, singles out the raptor hunting it and uses its iconic jump to impale it. 2 or 3 human survivors with a few 2x4s, steel rods, or whatever could surround and take out a raptor, they just need to wack it in the head the 2nd it gets one of them in a compromising position (cus it just takes a swift bite to the skull like the idiot in Fallen Kingdom that shot Blue, to kill you). In the book when Sarah and Kelly were chasing the raptor i was thinking "if only one had a baseball bat"

    I definitely agree with the indo rex's death being 1st, it was cool seeing Rexie and Blue team up and make a peace treaty of sorts, them respecting each other and running off to try and figure out what to do with their lives. Plus it made a pretty nice horror scene in Fallen Kingdom with the sub and mosasaur (in my opinion)

    • @skezeksskybreaker5425
      @skezeksskybreaker5425 3 года назад +1

      It's a tough choice, that was most a satisfying kill. But the most iconic kill was when Rexy threw the big one into skeleton and roared as the sign came down. Also there are many people who didn't like that Rexy let Blue live. I for one like that not all dinosaurs are dumb monsters that they are intelligent creatures in their own respect. T-Rexes are no where near as smart as raptors in JP but scientist don't really think they were dumb either especially compared to the herbivores.
      Also as much as I think Fallen Kingdom missed the mark in execution that opening scene with the Mosasaurus and the Sub along with Rexy stalking the guy opening the gate was an amazing scene. The opening scene of JP1 was one of the best when you first see it. Movie doesn't show the monster right away and it is downright vicious. Still a great scene to view later on but since you have seen the creatures before it I then say that re-watching the Fallen Kingdom opening is the best rewatchable opening of all the films.

    The Indominus' death is indeed hard to compete with, but I want an honourable mention to go to Charlie.
    It wasn't at the end of spectacular fight, there wasn't a lot of build up...it was over as quick as we saw it coming - but that's exactly why I think it's important enough to be mentioned.
    This would be the fate of any Dinosaur facing motivated human opposition.
    Just gone in the blink of an eye.
    We've seen the Dinos have their way with unarmed or isolated civilians and the occasional hunter and they seemed vicious and invincible - the fact that they're vulnerable, their existence fragile, which is basically what Fallen Kingdom was about, is summed up pretty well in that little scene.

    I actually believe that it's the Apatasaurus death that is the Foundation of the DPG. In a way it's interesting that the two most Emotional Dinosaur deaths happen in the Jurassic World movies as opposed to anything before this point and to the Two main and most well known Sauropods. I'd actually say the entire Indominus Rex fight in JW leads to it's death. Delta, Charlie, and Owen battling her as Blue recovers from being tossed. Claire and Lowery bring in Rexie. Rexie getting her ass kicked most of the fight till Blue triumphantly distracted Indominus. The two push IR into the Jaws of Mosasaurs. It's an epic dino fight without the kill.

  • @OR56
    @OR56 3 года назад +9

    right before the Indominus in grabbed by the Mosasaur, all I can hear is the part right before the climax of the Avengers theme, and then the climax of the song when the Mosasaur grabs it and if pulled under. also, the death of the raptors in Jurassic world are the saddest death's in the franchise for me, with Charlie's death being the saddest of them.

    My problem with the JP3 Spinosaurus is that it’s basically meant to just be a superior T. rex (which is shown in the fight).
    It’s a good idea to remove the focus from the T. rex and to shine about others, but it should be done by making it different than T. rex, neither superior nor inferior to T. rex, just different, with it’s own advantages and disadvantages.
    It’s also preferable to make it similar to the real animal in those traits.

    • @joefly6483

      That is a good point. The fight served no purpose in furthering the story. Spinosaurus did not feel any more or less dangerous to the humans it was chasing after the fight. The river scene was enough to show the unique threat Spino posed to the group.

    1. Indominus Rex great battle badass dinos defeating a badass hybrid not to mention that two same main gene dinos to create a hybrid defeating it at the same time awesome loved it great battle and death.
    2. Brachiosaurus now this is a dinosaur that has been iconic to the franchise and die on the island great and sad an end to a “dream that will be forever lost” in my opinion and great dinosaur rest in piece mighty brachy
    3. Indoraptor great hybrid great slowmo moment and Blue standing on top of it made it seem like a knight that slained the dragon great death even surprised me a lot.
    4. Apatosaurus one of it many dinos that everyone knows slowly die in your hands it is sad and tragic gives me even a sad feeling for these animals really sad.
    5. Pteranodon from JW it’s a great scene flying reptile picks up woman carries her to lagoon drops her tries to grab her and Mososaurus grabs both great and awesome.
    6. T-rex JP3 great battle even though it was short and sad to see the most famous dino get killed in front of your eyes very sad and no rematch just leave it how it is or more trouble with fans.
    7. Ankylosaurus one of the best iconic armored dinos in the world and to just get killed by the magnificent intelligent Indominus brutal and bloody great death but poor Anky.
    8. JP Raptors loves the raptors and t-rex surprises me with a final showdown awesome and the scars goes to show nothing messes with the queen of the dinosaurs I would say Nublar but it’s gone and the raptors just beyond horrible deaths from the bone crushing jaws of the t-Rex must be crunchy after that fight.
    9. JW Raptors we are barely introduced to these guys and die at the end sad but were great raptors that shall be remembered as Blue’s sisters and pack one after the other one killed by rocket, by grill, and by jaws so sad for three raptors.
    10. Carnotosaurus instead of running it chooses to hunt instead I know it is just for instinct but sad to see it killed by trex a new dino killed so sad.

    Indominus Rex kill was much more brutal because at the start of Fallen Kingdom you can see that the Rex's body is in an awkward position where the head is the opposite way of the body and in Camp Cretaceous when they go to the lagoon and look inside they say "I guess we don't have to worry about the indominus anymore" because it's probably body parts floating around the surface

    My favorite is totally indeed the Indominus-Rex death. When I first saw Jurassic World in theaters I had a lot of hype when the fight was happening and when that Mosasaur jumped out of the water I was cheering and so happy and excited to see the Indominus-Rex get killed. I really enjoyed that dinosaur death and is by far my most favorite dinosaur death in the entire Jurassic Park franchise.

      I was crying when the indominus rex was killed i felt so bad for it
      She doesnt understand anything because her whole life was an experiment and when she killed her sibling she learnt about killing so when she got loose she killed for sport to see where she was on the foodchain
      So its not her fault she dont understand... and you saying “i was so happy and excited to see her get killed” makes you sound sick

    No Dino death will be more badass or iconic as when Muldoon blew up the raptors with a fucking rocket launcher in the first book!

      Considering fallen kingdom was an absolute terrible movie and by far the worst of the franchise, it won’t be very hard to top it.

      chris morgan like you could make a movie like that the design is better than any other

    • @chrismorgan6472

      Sajia Khanum just because I couldn’t make a good movie doesn’t make this movie good. News flash It can be a shitty movie and I could make an shitty movie as well. So that argument is stupid

    I'm a huge fan of your channel. I was watching your review of the ride itself and your rant of other peoples' opinion, not taking offense to those with their own opinions, I feel the same way, i've watched other episodes that were thinking their opinion was king and stopped in the middle of the episode because they got all preachy with their words and critique, I like what I like an d their review is not going to sway me. keep up the awesome work...I love it!!
