Ziggy! I do have the sciarid flies too and they're annoying. I've started sprinkling "mosquito bits", the granules impregnated with Bt, into my topdressing to combat this. I've also started using some systemic granules but unsure if they help against the sciarid flies. Have a fantastic day!!
Hi thank you for the comment! In addition to Pereskiopsis I like using Selenicereus because it multiplies relatively quickly. It works well, though slightly slower than Pereskiopsis (maybe not a bad thing if you don't want extreme pupping or bloatedness). I'm growing Trichocereus from seed for future stock and got some myrtillocactus cuttings going too. Have a lovely day 🌵 Edit: my newest short shows some Selenicereus grafts if you want to see more
Thank you so much for the video. I enjoyed it. I will follow your advice.
I wish you lots of success!
Looking good PF 🙂 Lot better than mine. I get them so far and then the sciarid flies destroy the lot 😬🌵🌵

Hi there, looks great! What is the grafting stock you are using? I have been using pereskiopsis but looking for other options. Thanks!
