Awesome comparo! It's funny because I was even looking in to these before I saw your video and the whole vibe of TGV was weird from the start, whining about people copying them when SFD has already been doing it for years, and them trying to have this cliche reality TV style youtube channel where they all have fake dramatic lines to say to the camera. It all makes sense now, seeing all the cheap parts and poor build quality here. It's like they're just in it for fame and clout and to pump out a cheap product to make as much money as possible. The instagram clout will only last for so long if you have cheap builds and terrible customer service. Can't wait to get an SFD!!
One is the garage vlog, the other is sfd Industries. Sfd Industries website is riderowdy.com. should be able to find either easily with a Google search.

Hammer trike is the way to go, steer effortlessly and super high quality. I was lucky to pickup a tgv one used first for 1700 then realize it's garbage and steers horribly. Was happy to sell it for 2500 quickly and buy a hammer trike.

how fast it go
I've hit 50 mph on the sfd on, anything above 30 mph on the tgv one is too sketchy to me.
What type of Gas does the tgv need
91 octane or higher
Its definitely a NO BRAINER, thank you for your comparison video, excellent advice.
Where can I buy a sfd ??
they have a website, or you can call them, just google sfd industries
What’s the weigh comparison between the two??
About the same, the tgv one might be slightly lighter, but no noticeable difference.
Thank you ! For your video 👍
You're welcome 😊
Well Glad i watched this video i am going with SFD!
All day, when ya call em say Nick sent ya!
What’s the website on both
One is the garage vlog, the other is sfd Industries. Sfd Industries website is riderowdy.com. should be able to find either easily with a Google search.
Ive looked at the TGV one a few times and ended up finding almost every part on amazon for near nothing. The frame is the only thing that is worth anything
I have built a few and sell for 2500 and some people think I’m crazy.
Want to build me one? Got any pics or vids on social media so I can look at your builds?
@@BigSendLittleSend what’s your email
Very helpful! Thank you!!
The blue one would look better with a peanut tank on frame looks way stronger to
Yikes TGV trike looks pretty poorly built compared to the SFD. I find it hilarious that TGV always complains about imitators building shit versions of their trikes lol
Wow. Would have never known with their marketing o f the tvg. Almost junk . Total rip . Thanks for explaining
They do have one hell of a marketing team, but unfortunately the product is a huge disappointment.
Hammer trike is the way to go, steer effortlessly and super high quality. I was lucky to pickup a tgv one used first for 1700 then realize it's garbage and steers horribly. Was happy to sell it for 2500 quickly and buy a hammer trike.
I'm think that'll be my next one, I sold my tgv one too.
I just bought a Hammer Trike and love it.
I got the Morocco can u shoot me a link for all I need to make it a trike and I will prey for u this Sunday in church in an altered boy
This one came as a trike, not sure what it'd take to convert it. 🤷♂️ May God bless you too and I appreciate any prayers coming my way.
But I don't think its fair your comparing a $4,500 Trike to a $2,500?
One cost 3800 when i bought it, the other one cost 5k when i bought it. Where are you getting 2500 from?
@@BigSendLittleSend Look on both of their websites right now TGV has a sale for 750 but the OG price was 2,500 and SFD if you look on their website it's 4,500?
TGV is too busy farting around and not being busy.
ГДЕ ПРОДАЮТ ЭТИ МОТОЦИКЛЫ И СКОЛЬКО СТОИТ
Riderowdy.com
Hi. Bunlardan. Almak. Istiyurum. ???
Wow! No way these things are worth 5k what an absolute rip off!
That's what I'm saying.😂this guy spent 5k and couldn't wait and spent 5k more lol...😮..i saw Rocket or something for like $800.00 . They're mini bikes lol people are crazy lol
are the rock trikes any good ?
I was building similar but with atv 140cc pro engines and it was professional design everything was 3200$ if I was to sale them
@@desaixwebb did you ever got one from them?
There $750 on there website
TGV over priced u would think the complete engine design was theirs
THANK YOU!!!!!
You can’t compare at all a 1,200$ trike to a 5k plus trike like really. Is like buying a Lexus and a Kia then try to compare them 😂😂😂. The 1,200$ trike leaves you room for upgrades and I guess from the price that is clear to me.
moteur chinois a 600 euro arnaque pff le prix un quad
Bouta just build it. Honestly.
Probably the best way to go tbh
Take the elbow off of the filter. fixed!
sorry my inner 12yr old is showing lol "love that it's a thick black one"
🤣🤣🤣
The buy in is steep!!
5k buying a used atc250r😂
Considering 1,400$ compared to 4,500$ there’s gonna be some differences lol
Just bought 2 full trikes from tgv for 80$ so we’ll see when they come in 🤣
Hope you can get your money back...
@@BigSendLittleSend the more I look into it the worse it looks 🤣
The hammer trike with headlight is $4600. I'll just buy a used TRUCK instead.
But will the $4600 truck do wheelies?
@@BigSendLittleSend ill make more money with a truck, than i will a trike. Will the glorified big wheel, get me back & forth to work? Can i haul anything with it? Will it tow a boat or trailer? Truck ftw
@josephmcintyre752 it's just not a valid comparison imho. I agree a used truck is definitely better value for the money. But I would hope if someone was entertaining spending $5k on a damn fun toy, they definitely aren't needing a 4k truck for work. To me it's all relative, I work really hard and payed off my debts, so now I feel I can justify spending 5k on a toy. But if I needed a truck for work and had to pick this toy or the truck, for damn sure I wouldn't have a trike lol
@@BigSendLittleSend its not worth my money, for a stupid toy. Spend yours, as you wish. I have better ways to spend $4600. You know, groceries, mortgage, kids. Grown man stuff
@josephmcintyre752 you spend your money however you like. I won't judge you one bit. But hey if you do decide to,"waste" a bunch of money on a mini trike. The sfd one is way better, aka whole point in making this video 🤣🤣🤣 wish you nothing but the best man, may God bless you and your family.
Are you Keeling me ,5000 box for this ,the Price Sock so Much !
Getting blue for sure. Tgv not good. Ty
For 5k i can a 06-10 335i manual in my area
Like comparing apples to potatoes. One is a brand new toy you get to enjoy for 20 plus years with little maintenance money. The other you will spend 2k plus a year just to keep roadworthy lmao
The problem is....how to trust your point of view
Alright, you go buy both and tell me what you think.
i’m seeing these on sale from the tiktok shop for 30 bucks…
Definitely a scam ad
The TGV trike is $750 fully built on there website not $5000…the TGV is trash
Its more than double the price for the sfd
It does look like sfd has increased their prices since I made this video, which I don't blame them because they do such a good job. But tgv is still selling their trikes for $5k plus shipping and tax. So the sfd one is definitely still cheaper...
I tried to purchase their mini trike today and my bank was not going for it they didn't trust this company at all. I also asked this company if they could provide me with an address so I can just send the money order for my purchase and they said no, so there's something definitely odd going on here. Buyer beware.
@fastdriving6321 you talking about tgv or sfd? I think tgv went out of business so if you were trying to buy a tgv trike it was probably a scam.
@@BigSendLittleSend I had no idea. Thank you sir.
@fastdriving6321 no problem man. Fet with sfd, they make some badass truly custom trikes. Riderowdy.com is their site. Or you can just call them and talk about how you want yours built.
