Use rimmel london scandal eyes. I have also watery eyes thats why most of kajal called smudgedproof smudges more or less for me. But rimmel london stays for quite a enough time. Almost 8 to 10hrs.
Rub all of them the same way.. You rubbed horizontally for the last few.. The effects change

Plum Natur Studio kajal never smudges! I have personally used it. I haven't seen a more smudge-proof kajal in my life! Please don't misguide.
