Love your father- son videos. Spencer brings that childhood sense of wonder to toy hunting. But OMG! You ran into Ed! Love his channel. Great video Dan
It was so cool to meet Ed “in the wild,” super nice guy! Glad you had a great show too, it’s super fun to be there at closing time and scoop up some deals as vendors are packing up.
Thanks for taking a picture with my son at the show…he has watched this video about 3-4 times hoping that each time he might see himself in the background or something…but see you and getting some joes has got him hooked and he can’t wait until the next show. Thanks again
That was really nice of ed from ed's retro geekout to give Dan that shelf display. Would love to see more videos with them together. Be nice to see a toy history and a toy plosion episode combo from them. Also, love how Dan brought his son with him to start grooming him into continuing the toy collecting and do a father/son trip. I miss when my son was that age
Hey Dan you are 100% correct Kane County had an awesome show not only did they have great prices they also had hard to find Grail items like Eternia , that I bought but the best part of the show was meeting you in Spencer and his Rock Lord and you being so kind to sign your book for me and I thank you until next time my friend.
It’s so awesome to see Ed rolling around the USA 🇺🇸 Great Video, Dan & Spencer!! I actually used to have that “weird ball spitball Louie Junior“. I didn’t even remember what the line was if I ever knew but the minute you zoomed in on some of the other characters I figured he would’ve been a part of it. Then you zoomed out and there he was :)
This looks like an awesome Comic-Con show. I'd been going nuts with those loose 200x myself, definitely a few loose ones that I would have got to add to my collection. Really cool shirt you had on there I really dig it. Cool finds u and Spencer got. I'll have to put that Comic-Con on my to-do list for next year. I can't wait to be going to Novi Motor City comic Con on the 13th!!!
I love watching your videos so much Pixel Dan, you are always so positive and you still see toys with the joy of a little kid, it's really fantastic. And I've mentioned this before, but I still cannot get over how much your son looks like you, it's wild! I didn't start looking like my father until about 8 years ago when the gray hair really started coming in! But any way, keep doing videos like this because they are so awesome, I need as much positivity and joy in my life that I can get right now, and your videos are definitely one place where I can always get both. Thanks!
Your an awesome dad good father hood and a awesome toy hunter.Brought ur son with you he brought blessings ur way u saw Ed retro geek out.Good show be blessed take care.
The show was awesome! I finished out my 1994 Shadow movie collection, and got a few other random '90s carded figures. I'm excited that they're doing the show in July now, too! I might hafta check that one out as well...
The multi-headed dragon is an Orochi by Bandai. They made a solo sci-fi tokusatsu film of it around the same time of the 90's Godzilla series. The bootlegs are of Ultraman kaiju. So good 🤣
Happy Masters Of The Universe Day, My Friend to you and your family. And Thank you for all the years on your channel, have a great day and remember we don't say good day we say good journey.
I'm glad you guys had a good time! Kane county it's awesome, unfortunately vintage toys prices got a little crazy! But I'm living only an hour away from it!
Really great toys, especially he-man and ninja turtles and their merchandise. I used to have a He-man: bicycle with the sword and the shield and also bad and volume notebook :)
Looks like the '90s barfed all over Yogi Bear. Like it barfed on us all. Also, in the MOTU 2000X line, they had a version of the Bashosaurus? That was my favorite vehicle of the original line and nobody ever talks about it.
Great video, Dan! As always! And you are wearing that amazing shirt once again. Where does a guy have to go to get one of those? Doubt I'd be able to pull it off like you do but a guy can dream...
Immortals of Change was a sci-f version/spin-off of Crossbows and Catapults, which was a game that was sort of popular in the 80's, revived in the 90's, then again early 2000's with a different look.
The main of those Super Dinosaurs is an Ultraman bootleg, and they even kept the monster name, Red King- I bet if you look up the others, they're Ultra Monsters too.
I had that Weird Balls Spitball Louis Jr. figure as a kid, it was a birthday present from my aunt (on my dad's side) that I don't think my mom liked all that much (the figure, not the aunt) because it just sort of disappeared. 😅
Transformer #1: Blot, forms right arm of the Terrorcons gestalt Abominus. Transformer #2: Autobot Pretender Beast Caitilla, still have mine from the 80’s.
I would have happily paid the $55 asking price for that Catilla, wouldn't have even been a hard decision! Shell was a little dusty, but those were some tight joints on the inner bot.
Hi there looked like a great showing looks like you and your son had a lot of fun. I was wondering when you looked at the motu battle cat the one with the striped tail did you see how much it was if not do you know how much it goes for on the open market. Please get back to me asap. Thanks
Those super dinoslook like Ultraman villains . I know for sure the Red King was a Ultraman foe. Remember at that time you had toys from North America and Japan and all of it made in China which meant bootlegs were sold to both markets.
Pixel Dan I want you to know that I have almost all the revelations I literally have the new Branch Gila coming on my way I have the Scarecrow with lights up I do not have the rare one I have a lot of them how many do you have you found a bunch allot you used to have that I do not have trapped all I really don't care but I really really want and I also have that King Grace call that it's that's really cool I have the key Grayskull for you what's better but I always love your videos I would watch them on the couch that I had as the black little chair that I used to sleep on at night I left your videos of the most video that I always love but to be your videos and then the Trap Tapatio that you had please get that toys and by the way I have the Tela coming this week love your Channel bye.

This show has so many amazing items. Dan's enthusiasm is so amazing.
Great father/son road trip, the fact you can share your passion with your kid is great Dan, you're living the life man.
Thanks for taking a picture with my son at the show…he has watched this video about 3-4 times hoping that each time he might see himself in the background or something…but see you and getting some joes has got him hooked and he can’t wait until the next show. Thanks again

I love this toy show and it was awesome meeting Dan this year, such a great guy!
Looked like an awesome toy show thanks for taking us along.

I did not get emotional about the Ed & Dan meet up. That shelf talker gift did not have me tear up at all. At. All. 🥺
There were tears all around 😜🤘🤣
Those friction sparkers hit me right in the nostalgia. Wow! Was not expecting that, but I remember owning a bunch of those things when I was a kid.
It’s so awesome to see Ed rolling around the USA 🇺🇸
Great Video, Dan & Spencer!! I actually used to have that “weird ball spitball Louie Junior“. I didn’t even remember what the line was if I ever knew but the minute you zoomed in on some of the other characters I figured he would’ve been a part of it. Then you zoomed out and there he was :)
Awesome Dad of the Year Award!!!
"So we're in the jungle" had me rollin! hahaha so tight!! 😆
Looks like a great trip! Lots of amazing figures there, it’s huge as well!
Thanks again Pixel Dan and Spencer for sharing with us this great event, take care guys! 🤘😎
Spencer looks so much like his mom when he smiles it's crazy!
but he also looks alot like his dad
Spencer is growing up! Seems like he gets taller every time I see him in a video 😆
A "nice, clean Peter" is always good.
How cool was that! Thanks for sharing, Dan.
I have never seen Food Fighters that mint.

the first transformer Spencer had was the Terrorcon Blot.

oh how they need to remake those style table top games.
very cool love that you can bring little man with you now and enjoy collecting together very awesome 👌
Drooling over those super dinosaurs. Never seen them before, but I am a sucker for weird Kaiju monsters.
My two favorites retro guys 🥰
Looked like a great time!!
Coolest dad ever.
KANEEEEEE!!! Great To See You & Spencer!!!

Spencer, holding a G1 Blot: “I don’t know what it is…”
Nobody does, little dude. Nobody does.

Just subscribe and you won't ever have to look for this channel again
I never saw much 200X figures in your toy hunting videos and I've watched all of them for years now
The little She-Ra and He-Man are cake toppers, right?
The multi-headed dragon is an Orochi by Bandai. They made a solo sci-fi tokusatsu film of it around the same time of the 90's Godzilla series. The bootlegs are of Ultraman kaiju. So good 🤣

Looks like the '90s barfed all over Yogi Bear. Like it barfed on us all.
Also, in the MOTU 2000X line, they had a version of the Bashosaurus? That was my favorite vehicle of the original line and nobody ever talks about it.
Right on, Dan. Raise them right!
I'm counting down the hours to meet you in Vicksburg!
Great video, Dan! As always! And you are wearing that amazing shirt once again. Where does a guy have to go to get one of those? Doubt I'd be able to pull it off like you do but a guy can dream...
Funny what you remember when you see them, Glow Ghosts, forgot about them. :D
I remember those SMB3 happy meal toys.
Immortals of Change was a sci-f version/spin-off of Crossbows and Catapults, which was a game that was sort of popular in the 80's, revived in the 90's, then again early 2000's with a different look.
I love the god beast!
The main of those Super Dinosaurs is an Ultraman bootleg, and they even kept the monster name, Red King- I bet if you look up the others, they're Ultra Monsters too.
Hey Dan...I heard your working on a TMNT book that will hopefully be some kind of guide on all the action figures and the variants and accessories Etc
Never thought you got some bootleg Ultra Kaiju figures.
I feel the same way when I explain things to my 11 year old son. Everything seems to just get an eye roll.
Nice video
OMG! I had Power RangerscSoin Masters when I was a kid, I'd forgotten about them 😢
I had that Weird Balls Spitball Louis Jr. figure as a kid, it was a birthday present from my aunt (on my dad's side) that I don't think my mom liked all that much (the figure, not the aunt) because it just sort of disappeared. 😅
