That is completely charming. I love watching these from the USA, and this is one of the sweetest, neatest ones I've seen. In my dreams, I'd find a way to tuck a half bath downstairs (and move the garden area to directly behind the house, 😂).
Hi Debbie, It's so lovely that you enjoy watching our little videos of the cottages we are selling. I agree on the garden. It's one of those quriky things with old cottages here in Norfolk, they often have higgeldy piggeldy garden arrangements!
Very charming and I like the decor and the age of the cottage, with the beams and the little niches in the walls. Open fireplaces aren't very warm, though; I would install wood burning stoves, which would result in less wood being needed. That little empty shed is a good place to store wood. I wish it had a farm house (butler's) sink and an Aga. Otherwise, it's perfect. All these (wood stoves, farm house sink, Aga) could be added with a little capital outlay.
Sorry is the bathroom only upstairs no shower only bath ? Do the fireplaces work in all the rooms ? Do you ever bother to list a price ? Is the garden attached to the cottage and fences ? Is there parking. ?
Dear Caroline, thank you for your message and i hope the below answers your queries. The only bathroom is upstairs, and it is only a bath. The fireplace in the sitting room is fully operational, and the garden is set away separately from the cottage, but only a minute's walk away. There is parking for one vehicle. I have now added the link to the property listing in the description for you, apologies for now publishing the link beforehand. Please do give me a call if I can help answer any further queries on 01263 586 686. Ed
@@oldgloryhillfarmturtlewoma9132They do a lot of undercounter refrigerators in the UK, and that is what is shown in the video. One would have to reconfigure cabinets to fit a full height fridge in there, I suppose.

You are really moving too fast. I didn’t see where the fridge would go.
It is mentioned and shown @ 1:06.
@@dsr8223All I see are cabinets and a countertop that would prevent a refrigerator from being installed. ???
