Hello from New Hampshire. This is the single/detached home I would expect to see stateside. Very well done. I had a similar on in the UK, but instead of a lovely field off the back garden, there was a soccer field. One day a ball came through the dining room sliding doors. They were closed at the time and shattered into a million pieces giving me a near heart attack! I must say I prefer having that bucolic field and walking path. The dead end street should imply the area is quiet. This home I can picture a young family enjoying. ~ 🎄🎀🎄 Merry Christmas! ~ Diane

Very charming and I like the decor and the age of the cottage, with the beams and the little niches in the walls. Open fireplaces aren't very warm, though; I would install wood burning stoves, which would result in less wood being needed. That little empty shed is a good place to store wood. I wish it had a farm house (butler's) sink and an Aga. Otherwise, it's perfect. All these (wood stoves, farm house sink, Aga) could be added with a little capital outlay.

It looks lovely. But, other apartments in this building are listed online for short-term holiday rentals. That's not what I'd want if I were looking for a place to live full-time.

That is completely charming. I love watching these from the USA, and this is one of the sweetest, neatest ones I've seen. In my dreams, I'd find a way to tuck a half bath downstairs (and move the garden area to directly behind the house, 😂).
