- SIGHISOARA, Romania is the pearl of the Transylvanian region of the country where we enjoyed a lot, eating traditional food and taking the Scholar’s path to the top of the medieval fortified city.
We ate at a traditional restaurant called La Strada - we ordered the following:
Mojito
Cuba Libre
Bean Soup Bread
Tochitura (Slow Cooked Pork)
Sarmale (Cabbage Stuffed Meat)
The fortified city has around 9 towers remaining and we saw quite a few of them - the Blacksmith’s Tower, Ropemaker’s Tower, etc. as we showed in this vlog :)

About Us:
We are Shalini and Subham, an Indian couple living in France and we love to travel. We have a goal of visiting as many places as we can, and explore each place to the best we can. We have day jobs but we travel whenever we can; weekends, sometimes weekdays with our laptops in our backpacks, anytime we can.
Sighisoara is beautiful .
Superb colourful buildings

Thank you so much 🙂
Thank you for visiting my country, dear friends ! One day in Sighisoara is much too less, plus you missed an important touristic point - the old Clock Tower ... You have to spend more in one place and offer yourself a time to feel it better, to catch the local spirit and life.... I hope you will come back soon and have a more relaxed time. By the way, I subscribed to support your channel... 🙂
Thank you so much! Definitely we want to come back again and explore more! 😃🎉
@@indoexplorers Super! You are a nice couple... come over in a new trip mext year, with a different approach... Wish you all the best...

5:28 yes indeed, very interesting, the people driving the carriage were Gypsies, they hail from Punjab and Rajasthan and came to Europe 700 years ago.
Great to know that!
Very nice video
Thanks!
If you had a car at your disposal, you could go to the Saxon village of Biertan, to the Dracula estate, to the Bethlen Criș castle located at max. 10 km from Sighisoara.
We will be definitely hiring a car next time and hit these places! Thanks for the recommendations!
🙋
You don't find the bhirth house of Dracula! He was born in Sighișoara!
Right!
The bean ciorba looks shady
