endlessly funny film.. one of the top faves
4:32 Woody Allen said in his book "Apropos of Nothing" that Ralph Rosenblum saved the film.
Also he said when he was given the go ahead to direct the film, "I stepped on the set never having made a film, knowing nothing of cameras, lenses, lighting, or directing.
I have never studied acting.
Actor,Director And Writer #WoodyAllen has been #ComedyGold for the Past 50 Years #Fan Thank You Woody
Marvin Hamlisch's score is wonderful.
Hilarious movie. To me it’s the best comedy ever
Richard W
I agree...the best
You forgot to mentioned the incredible intro made by a true legend
I especially like his earlier, funnier pictures.
Loved the movie. Now reading Apropos of nothing. Thanks for this. (Reading it also?)
This is a great comedy with lots of good gags, but the otherworldly beauty of the theme song and Janet Margolin also make it achingly poignant.
How did you acquire that scene of Woody being shot if the footage is lost?
One of the few of Allen's films I still enjoy without creepy vibes. First time I saw it I laughed nonstop, nothing but joke after joke. I kinda wish he'd tried something like that again, but he wanted to be taken seriously...
whats the theme music in the beginning of the video? thx
+InVinCibLe Dcuo it's taken from the film's score. The opening credits. There's never been a soundtrack but it sounds pretty cool, right?
It sure does sound cool
+WoodyAllen Pages did you like cafe society btw?
