  • Paul Schreiner breaks down a submission captured during a live training session. Marcelo simultaneously defends his partner's 2on1 Control while setting up an opportunity to attack the neck by off-balancing with a Hook Sweep to the side. The head now positioned low, Marcelo snaps it down onto his choking forearm and connects his hands together with a Seatbelt-Grip. As his partner tries to escape the finish by bailing from top position, Marcelo uses his foot to hook the back and ride up onto the Mount position with the Guillotine still in effect. Keeping balance by posting on his forehead, Marcelo allows his center of mass to drive downward in connection with the sparring partner's neck and force the tap-out.
