Kindred really is a utility boss, just wish he hit harder than a teddy bear. All they need to do is increase the potency of his Degen and the duration of pause of Nightmare Outbreak, and I believe he'd be a top 10 Mystic.
Fun fact the lower kindred health the stronger he gets I know this cause I have him at 7* and been using him to get valiant and he is not that bad duped

Increasing degen damage would make him even more of a nightmare to face
