I think Ethan will forgive Trisha and maintain a kind relationship with her because of Moses and even if Frenemies doesn't come back in a month, it still might come back after Trisha is done burning bridges and realizes the good thing she had going with Frenemies and finally reaches out to Ethan. I think he will forgive all the things she has said and they can move on, perhaps with both a little more mindful of the care they need with what they say to each other so a breakdown doesn't happen again.
