Motorway, an online platform allowing people to sell their used vehicles to a network of car dealers, is a juggernaut business, overseeing £2.2bn of transactions in 2023 and employing over 450 people.
Scaling-up has come with its challenges, but from these, Tom has learnt some important lessons including why tackling the hard subjects first can be the most crucial step.
