For Making Sheets
All purpose flour 2 cup
Refined oil/Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 3/4 cup or as required
For Stuffing:-
oil 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Green chillies 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Carrot grated
Capsicum chopped
Cottage cheese paneer 100 GM
Boiled grated potatoes 3 large
Coriander leaves chopped
Oil to shallow fry
