Hi, we cruise out of Galveston Tx on 10-12-17-24, our group flew in the day before, we ate at Nick's Sea food Bar and Grill and we ate at SOUL to SOUL Restaurant both places the food was great on Seawall, had a ball on Carnival Breeze, to me Carnival Breeze needs a better selection on the buffet.
I’m going on the jubilee on the 9th of November 2024. Can’t wait. Had some friends who had sailed on it already and they loved it. Now the only thing that you really did talk about was the cabins. Good bad or indifferent. Just asking
We loved the ship and is tied with the Symphony of the Seas as our favorite ship. We do have a room tour: ruclips.net/video/9cnjWywndXc/видео.html feel free to take a look. It is an interior Cloud 9 room. Thank you for watching!
Looks fantastic! My BFF and I met you guys on the Spirit out of Jacksonville in 2022 at dinner one night. We are leaving Tampa on the 16th on the Paradise!
My wife and I are going in November, and bringing my parents for their first ever Cruise. It will be our first Excel class ship with Carnival, and I am the type that maps everything in my head 🗺 (Since family will turn to me on where to go). Great review from a typical cruiser's perspective. You are the first video I have watched that mentioned where the shuffle board table was - so that was one final checkbox for me 😁 It also reminded me to grab the single page expanded Deck plans - So I appreciate that! Do you know if any shows (Family Feud, Comedy, etc) have to be booked after boarding for these Excel class ships? Or are they all still First come for seating?
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video helped! All shows were first come, first served unfortunately. I wish they had a reservation system for shows.
Need to eat at fishtails in Galveston and have a couple drinks then walk the road to bubba gumps and have a few more drinks and get your week started right lol.
@ can’t wait to get on board we are doing a New Year’s Eve cruise this year. We usually go during thanksgiving or Christmas break but moved it back a little this year thanks for the video it will definitely be helpful
Does the Jubilee have any wash rooms where you can do your own laundry? if so, what decks are they located on? what type of drinks do you suggest? what bar can we get the bubble drink? we are going on Jubilee next week on October 26. can't wait.
It does not have a launderette, our favorite cocktail is the Cucumber Sunrise and the Adios MFer, the bubble drink is available at Dr. Ink’s. Thank y’all for watching and have fun!
Even if you have cheers you are charged for the soda fountain. You still have the option to order from the waiter or bartender though. Thank you for watching!
I’ve been on the jubilee 3 times and chi bang is usually a hit or miss it was good on the first jubilee cruise I was on and on the others it was very very mid wasn’t really a fan of shaq’s big chicken other than that great ship love the layout the casino is a little small but it’s not bad I go back on this ship in January and I can’t wait🎉
I agree with you on Shaq's > Chick fil a, but my personal unpopular opinion is that I don't like Chic fil a at all. I am not a fan of breading over floured/battered. We love The Spot too, and this time around are going to be staying at the hotel right next door, Holiday Inn Express. Willie Gs is also another great place to eat. Harbor House is expensive, but worth doing at least once. You can get up early in the morning and watch the ships come in from right outside the hotel, and the port is actually walking distance, even dragging luggage. The hotel itself is just okay; the price is definitely about the location. With you on that drive from Houston, and this time we really have a long drive because we had to fly into IAH. Coming from a small town in WY we have limited options, and get to pick either United or Delta. Delta is expensive, United doesn't fly to Hobby. It's the pits. Driving to Denver in January is just asking for trouble, otherwise we'd be on SW. Oh well. Can't wait for January!
Disliked 1. Buffet is awful. Lacks options 2. Toilets around the ship. Single user and pain for all to know how to use 3. The shows. Sadly not its own. Some same as the carnival celebration. No good broadway shows. 4. Comedy shows are short 5. Elevators suck - small Staff 5 stars Nice casino with plenty of non smoking Serenity area for adults was nice

Thank you so much! We take influence and mentorship from EECC, La Lido Loca and Para Dee Jay and add our own flare. Thank you for amazing kind words!
@@TheMoonlightAdventuresThose are also a few of my favs. Thanks again
@kmcbride2988 Dee and I had the honor of competing against each other on the Princess Pop Star competition on the Sun Princess. They are both awesome!
Great overview - thank you!

Nice review. Thanks for sharing. Were there any bands? Wife and I like to chill, drink a cocktail, and listen to a band or a performer.
Thank you and thanks for watching. There was a lot of live music throughout the ship daily.

If you have the cheers package does that soda fountain work for that ? Like I won’t be charged ?

@@TheMoonlightAdventures No you are not charged if you have the cheers package it is free scan your card and fill up.
Thank you for the correction! I had forgotten that we didn’t get the drink package on that sailing.

Pizza 🍕?
It’s at the Coastal Slice. Pretty standard Carnival Pizza, but it is good.

Thanks for watching! We saw similar issues, but we did enjoy the ship overall.
