Love this meditation. I shed tears. This was very helpful and soothing. Healing my heart and to have a happy heart. My mom passed in 2015 and we were the best of friends. After she passed away. My husbsnd and I was homeless. Already on our spiritual journey. Have learned so much. My family and my husband's family abandon us. I forgive them. Thank you for sharing this meditation.
