I love the way that it feels to type this on my laptop; and the experience of smiling as I am typing this thinking about someone else reading this and smiling; thinking about how much love everyone deserves to feel and so grateful for the world of love!

This is the first meditation I have ever done and I began crying when I got to the versions of myself. By the end reflection I couldn’t even feel my body I was so relaxed
same, but it wasnt my first meditation at all..but crying yes, at the same place as u

Same started already crying with all my people surrounding me, more tears came when it was just me and after that I felt so light as if I wont have a body. All pain that I have gone and so on. Its also my first meditation. This is unbelievable. Really really great to see everybody has similar responses

I have never cried during meditation, but this one has made me cry. I was able to hug my younger self, who has seen things she never should have seen or experienced at a young age. I released those memories and told her she was going to be okay and felt my love envelop her and my now present self. Thank you so much🤍 namaste
This guy who I thought was interested in me but I wasn’t sure started acting totally different the next day after I did this meditation for the first time lol.
It could be for your good as he did not match the love energy you were trying to attract
When I stepped into the cave full of myself, I instantly started crying. Self love is something, we practice so rarely. This felt amazing, thank you!

Rasa, this one had me hugging angels, loving/waking my entire neighborhood and making me realize that my environment is an extension of myself/my energy. I LOVED this one!

I almost started to cry while meditating and actually smiled at the end because how good it felt to love myself.

2019 has been a hard year for me. It took my resilience to its limit but here I am giving, receiving and feeling so much love. I am leaving behind any fear or pain to allow love, serenity and happiness to come in. I am reborn today 18/09/2019. Thank you very much Rasa for sharing this amazing guided meditation. Wow, this was such a magical experience. The images were so vivid, and I really felt the energy in me strengthening, coming out. I felt on the verge of tears for a lot of this and it’s coming out now, my energy and love being expressed through the beautiful emotions of being alive.
This was such a special experience.

After years of letting relationships go in directions that I did not particularly feel ready for, meditations such as this one allow me to sink deeper into a place where the past is the past. The depth that we choose for ourselves in our current journey, that can take us to an endless destination.
I've been struggling, personally, with being on this earth and still not falling in love with who I would love to be with. I regret not being that high school sweetheart.
But with conscious work and effort, reframing this path as the school of life, it is NEVER TOO LATE to fall further into chance and commit to it because of that endless love that we may have forgotten
That endless love that we are a part of, and all are deserving enough to return to.
So many heavy, deep feelings for one that has never personally believed in love

I just have to say THANK YOU! This just reminded me that I am exactly where I’m supposed to be. I spent time about an hour or two ago and wrote a letter to my past self, went for a walk and knew I wanted to meditate. Yours was the first to pop up and I wasn’t sure if it was about romantic love or not. IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. I literally boohooed when you said ask the people were past versions of me. I hugged and loved on them so hard. And the fact that my heart LIT up the tunnel as if the tunnel was full of lights before even know the people I was encountering were ME! It shows me what I’ve known, that I’m really ready to step into my light. I already am. Thank you again.❤️✨❤️

When I came to the part of the cave with the versions of myself I looked at all my past selves and kept thinking wow you are so brave, you are so brave. And I really were and am. The future version of myself was totally joyous and radiated complete and totally joy and love for herself and for life!

I just want to take a moment to thank you for this meditation. Today, I felt inclined to do some yoga focused on the heart chakra and after I was called to do a meditation for the heart as well. I found your video and instantly felt safe. As I went through the meditation, I felt so much love and so safe in the softness of my heart. In that cave, I cried!!! I was able to confront my anger and pain with people (& myself) and tuned into the abundant love that surpasses any negativity i feel or have felt towards myself & any person, place or thing. I had forgotten how much I love myself. But now I am remembering! Thank you for reminding me on the power of love... it helps me forgive and move on. I appreciate you and am so grateful for this moment. ❤

LOVE!! This has helped me to really get in touch with my heart on a deep level... I can feel it now and stop throughout the day just to stop and send love to it and really feel a deep opening... I have never felt myself so in touch with my heart...just before I just meditated following the guides but never really "felt" my heart... this time I felt my heart becoming strong and I now stop and become aware of that feeling ... I feel that finally my heart chakra is open/activated ... thank you!!!

This was so powerful. As I was going through the final tunnel I started to see flowing motions and at the height of the green light I started to almost see a black lotus opening up, like a tunnel (black because it's the color you get when your eyes are closed). Thank you for this.
