In this Women in Unconventional Jobs episode, we are joined by Natalia Mazoni, a Private Sector Specialist at the World Bank and a key member of the team that launched the tenth edition of the report Women, Business, and the Law (WBL), a series of annual studies measuring the enabling environment for women’s economic opportunity in 190 economies. The report sets a new frontier for measuring the environment for women’s economic inclusion across three pillars: legal frameworks, measuring laws; supportive frameworks, measuring policy mechanisms to implement laws; and expert opinions, shedding light on experts’ perceptions of women’s outcomes.
Watch this episode to learn more about the significant legal and practical barriers women face in accessing unconventional jobs, and how overcoming these barriers can lead to stronger and more resilient economies.
Join us as we explore the insights and solutions from the Women  in  Unconventional  Jobs  learning series, which highlights programs focusing on women in non-traditional, often male-dominated jobs.

thank you for the insightful discussion. the options seem great and not many people know about them.
unfortunately women are told "you don't need to have it all". again that seems to be an attitude of looking at women through the lens of males in the workforce. Men do have it all, except they do not need to bear children because of natural causes and so they can build a family and work at the same time without anyone raising concerns. Women are not asking to do it all, women are built a certain way, and we have a right to self expression. perhaps laws and human rights need to be addressed?
