This is weird. It triggers nostalgia for the actual album, but it sounds like Doom so my brain maps that to a Doom experience I never had :P

Can you do Mezmerize next? There's no good MIDIs of B.Y.O.B. and I can't find one of Old School Hollywood with the vocal melody.

I love the Mr. Jack cover, but I don’t know why most Mr. Jack sound font covers speed up the outro. It’s alright, but it’s not as great as the chugging, headbang worthy riff of the original. Still a cool video though.
Hey there, late reply from me, but can you please timestamp the bit that is faster in the MIDI? I'd like to compare the riff to the adjacent one in the real song!
No problem! The drums are a little different from the original after 18:31 and the faster part comes at 18:48

what goes on in the remastering process of these?
Usually fixing some wrong notes and tempo markers, occasional octave shifting of parts that were too high and “squealy”, sometimes layering/duplication of tracks to fill out the sound a little more, and also making sure to level the instrument volumes better against one another and keep them consistent throughout the whole album!
@@DoomKid when youre doubling up (or writing continuous double bass) is it possible to copy and paste in Sekaiju? I tried it and it didn't seem to copy and paste anything, though it did tell me it had copied and pasted it somewhere, I just couldn't find it.

@@shaunpaulcroft Usually when you copy+paste, it'll paste at whatever bar your minute marker is up to during playback, or when paused. It'll always paste on the same track, and you can just slide it around. I really need to make a Sekaiju tutorial some time...
@@xX_cacko_Xx Do you mean playing covers on guitar, or writing MIDIs from scratch? If it's the former then I do love learning stuff although I've not uploaded much, but if it's the latter, the only MIDIs I've made from scratch were my own originals, though in some cases I've added things like full bass tracks or drum tracks to MIDIs that were completely missing them. I hope I covered all bases with my rambling lol!
