Congrats! We've just gotten ourselves a plot in north Tyneside, it's got lots of weeds, but thankfully some decent raised beds, a shed and a polytunnel!

Allotment looks like it needs a little bit of work. The greenhouse though looks great. I'm sure if you can clean the yard and get the greenhouse in order, it will serve you well in the future.
You are now one of a band of allotmenters alll of a sudden allotment are becoming popular again I’m sure you will nock it in to shape looking forward to your progress love the greenhouse
dustmans gloves work well on allotments they have a double layer leather and are better for handling thorny vines as you will find out if wearing them flimsy gloves a decent fork and spade ans wheel barrow
Libby good luck my first plot was loaded with junk bit by bit you will get there, do they provide a skip on site mine didn’t and mention a lot of trips to the rubbish tip. you will get there good luck😊

So, im going to tip as much as possible, burn the wood and dry stuff and then skip the big stuff. Thank you for your support
That’s your place to grow food and relax, don’t be overwhelmed with the mess, just complete bite size bits and start with one corner, put a chair in that corner and relax looking over your plot.
Looking at your plot, it looks like most I have on here.Full of brambles and rubbish. But do a bit at a time, and stick with it, you will surprise yourself. Good luck will be following to see how you get on.

Yes you have your work cut out but youll look back next year and be proud of your progress and hard work and when you taste your home grown then thats when it becomes all worth while its way superior to shop tastless rubbish. tools need spade, fork garden rake hoe that will get you started, bag all rubbish if you have a skip on site remove frames that have broken glass or rotted frames next big job is plan if your having raised beds or ground level beds and fit a new lock on your plot good luck
