The definition of sweet is very hard. I don't think that it means to be extremly nice and quirky the whole time.
Sweet means, that you are thankful for things the life or people give you - that you appreciate what you have. Sweet might also mean, that you are respectful and treat everyone the same way.
You can be a friendly and respectful person, but that doesn't mean that you exaggerate that or bring it to an unhealthy level.
But what I also think is, that beeing only sweet is not good for you too. Sweetness combined with selfesteem- and awareness, that sounds good.

No any sensible human being will want to do something for free, so there is nothing as unconditional love in reality. You always do something for someone else based on some conditions. You just don't want to do something for free.
When I was growing up witnessing the love and devotion between my grandparents and my father's love for my mother was the education on how to keep a relationship alive and last... today's generation see nothing but a mess all around...no stable relationships to learn from and don't know what true love is... it's total dedication.... very true Sadhguru Ji... external meddling forces always destroy relationships and that's why my family kept third parties out at all times.
