- For months I had dreamed of getting a bengal cat for my bengal cat (this is how I justified buying another cat). Bengals have a lot of energy and do better with a friend, so I decided to get a snow bengal! This video shows what you can expect when having two bengals. In this video, we have Ashton (snow bengal) whose 16 weeks old and Kona whose about a year old.

I too have begal cats & luv them dearly. 1snow &1 silk fur. They keep me company since my husband passed. Don't know what I would do without them ❤️
One day they decided to shred the carpet by my closed bedroom door, literally working side by side, ears back, eyes forward, v focussed, even when I found them doing it!! Sahara was a food thief, and Sapphire was v loud and vocal "Arouwww!" You will never get tired of their antics! Wonderful 🐈🐈's😍❣️😊
I adopted a brown Bengal boy and a snow Bengal girl, both 12, and been together all their lives. They were v close, but would fight every morning, and the girl, being the dominant one would always win. But after that they were v close and loving again for the rest of the day. At night Sahara would settle down to sleep and Sapphire, the girl (b'cos of her eye colour) would groom him, then snuggle up to him. They were devoted, and inseparable. Sadly Sahara had kidney failure and had to be put to sleep. Sapphire didn't settle, but has since been rehomed, where I'm sure she will be just as dominant!! I'd definitely recommend having two Bengals, esp if siblings. A solitary Bengal just doesn't work. They are v intelligent, and loving. I miss them both. Hope your two enjoy a happy life together and with you ❤️♥️

When I brought my second bengal home he head butted yugi who was 3 at the time right off the bat and it was all love from then on thank goodness. Neither loves cuddles though :( yugi is an attention (u know what) but kaneki is a cool chill 2 yr old. I've had to child proof all my cupboards and no they don't climb the walls. I have about 5 trees for the most part they don't destroy too much thankfully.
I use a lot of bath and body wallflower plug ins bc of how small our apartment is. I clean the box after every use or as soon as inget home and change the box monthly. I also use the black tidy cat litter that seems to help

Cat climbs walls , windows , doors etc best to get cat shelfs and a few perches for them to chill on.
Just got a snow lynx, orange like Kona, and charcoal mink from a reputable breeder. They are from the same litter. Can’t wait to bring them home
This is too cute, subbing for your cute cats. Also I do like the name Ash, fits your Snow Bengal but Scar for his warrior personality isn't bad either.

Bengals are insanely cute, but you definitely unlock a whole other level of cuteness when you have more than 1.

Omg! I just picked up our snow Bengal this morning! We have the same duo! The newbie is in our room hiding away but hopefully we’ll be introducing them in the next day or two!

We have an older female bengal and a younger female snow bengal, they have a very similar relationship! Very different cats but equally loveable

This video is so cute! I’m watching it because I just got a bengal (5 months old brown) and I also got her (and us) another silver kitten coming next week! Im getting another one for the same reason as you and the fact I just love the breed so much!
Ps… I also had another brown bengal the past eight or so years that unexpected recently passed away 😅Anyways… in regards to your climbing the walls questions lol…. I have not seen any of my bengals do this…. I can imagine it driving you crazy though!!

When we got our snow bengal the first week her tried climbing up the walls (literally only 12 weeks old). and our brown bengal had done the same thing. we have a ton of cat towers and hammocks on the walls but for some reason it’s not good enough so i’m not sure how to stop it ahahah. they try climbing up doors too:/ that’s my only beef i have with these cats hahahaha
I did the same, got a snow playmate for my Brown Bengal (yours are surprisingly identical in coloration to mine!) It didn’t work out, the baby wanted to play with the older one but he had no interest and just got more and more depressed that another dude was competing for my time and attention. Sadly, I had to find a new home for the little one. 😢 The snow had an odour where the other one didn’t. Definitely though, a raw diet fixes most odour issues.
Tip for the smell is try to switch their food to raw meats such as chicken breast chicken liver ground up it is not processed it doesn’t have all the chemicals and all of that… I am actually getting my Bengal kitten in 11 days so I know that i will try to start him off young with raw
Be careful with the bengals with toilet paper and paper towels. Our bengal ate a bunch and ended up in the ER at a cost of $2K in vet bills as his system got all clogged up and required major hydration and even an enema to get it cleared. We now keep the bathrooms closed and hide the paper towels from him.
Beautiful cats! I'll be picking up my 2 bengals kittens in the next few weeks. One is a snow lynx for sure. I'm wondering what the other is classified as. Very much like the brown bengal here except her base coat is more creamy/white

The general rule for litterboxes is to get one for each cat, and one extra. So 2 for 1 cat, 3 for 2 cats.

Re: Litter box stink, I have a plug-in ozone generators near my cat's litter boxes (3 for 2 cats in my 700 sq ft apt) so when they poop I might smell something for a minute but then it quickly clears up. Also, it could be a matter of the brand of litter. Some don't absorb the stink that well. I use Sustainably Yours Multi-Cat and that seems to do the trick.

You just earned yourself a new subscriber, 😊. Really good video with great tips and excellently presented. I have had my bengal for over a year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have been thinking about getting a friend for him as he is very lonely especially when I am not around so watching this video definitely helped me in crossing the line in finding him a friend. I have never heard of the wall climbing and I never hope to hear of it on my end either, 🫣. Currently I don’t have an issue with the cat litter/odour situation and I am not hoping to have one either if I get another bengal. Will keep you updated on that one hopefully in the future. Hi!!! They're called bengals embrace! they are located in NY! a ton of famous people get their bengals from this breeder. They can also ship the cats to you but its a little expensive so I drove 10 hours there and 10 hours back to ge time each time. worth it
My bengal cat doesn't climb the walls , doesn't unroll the toilet paper, but he does get in the Christmas tree and make a mess and is very vocal, he talks a lot. And jumps on my shoulder quite often, even when I clean his litter box ,, I'll use you as a chair and watch you scoop my shit Hooman !😂😂 "

I adopted two Bengal brothers, 1 year old at time of adoption. The prior owner gave them up after she gave birth to triplets and could not cope with both the infants and the Bengals. Two Bengals is the only way to go. I switched to Pretty Litter. It dehydrates poop, which you remove daily. It also dries urine. It seems expensive, but it lasts much longer and so, in the long run, is worth it.

I recently found out that Snow Bengals are more wild! Makes a lot of sense re Sapphire's behaviour She used to howl as if looking for a mate, although she was neutered, unless it meant something else?! I used to 'rescue' her when I heard magpies near the back yard. She'd just look at me, puzzled, but I wanted to protect her & she did wonder what their noise was all about! 🐈❤️♥️

We are getting also a second Bengal. Also a snow Bengal. Una has the same color as Kona. And Uriel will be like Scar. But I don’t know if I should isolate them. I will see how they react to each other.
we originally were planning on keeping them separated, but they were playing at each other under the door so we just decided to do a brief introduction. They did well! the kitten was amazing but kona was very mad another cat was in the house. She got over it after a few hours though!
Do they drop a lot hair ? And do they make a mess if you leave them home alone?
they are hypoallergenic so they don’t shed much! it’s not enough for me to have to lint roll myself if that makes sense.
and when we had our girl cat we can leave her alone and she has never once made a mess but ever since we got our boy occasionally he will go through the trash. they are very smart and can open cabinets and doors

I am getting bengal cats in a few weeks and my other half is worried about them being really noisy at night - do you find that they are like this, or are they ok? :)
At night they sleep with us and are not noises at all! That’s the case with both our bengals. I will say during the day they are LOUD. constantly meowing for attention. They are just very vocal cats! But like i said at night they’re quiet (just my experience)

Do u trim your Bengal nail? My breeder tell me to trim but some people says not to trim. Kindly advise. My silver Bengal is 5 months old.
I do! I made a video on it. They have no problem with it and it’s better to do it when they’re younger so they are use to it. But when they’re kittens they don’t really need their nails cut and they’re small so it’s harder to do

I'm planning to adopt siblings from the breeder. I am worried about what to do with them while I'm at work and kids are at school. Is there a good idea from owners?
Just seen your comment. High cat trees, plenty of toys. I used to leave the radio on. Ideally Bengals need plenty of company. A solitary Bengal doesn't work. They get depressed. When you're at home they need plenty of mental stimulation & physical exercise every day. A bored Bengal is an unhappy cat. If you can arrange for someone to play with them while you're out, that would be great.
How old was Kona when you got scar

Oh 😢 l just got a abandoned Bengal for my older Bengal, it’s been a nightmare so far, lm really struggling. We have a litter from Europe called Cats Best it doesn’t smell at all and you never throw any of it away, just remove the soiled poo or pee, l have 3 huge litter boxes for two cats. My new neglected cat continuously attacked my old Bengal and lm running out of ideas, l hope l won’t have to return him to the shelter.
oh no :( A lot of my friends have the same issues as you when they adopted an older cat and had a cat at home. One of them needs to be a kitten. Usually, if you have a cat of any age at home, and bring in a kitten, the transition is a lot easier because they both aren’t trying to be territorial or dominant. It will allow your other cat to feel more safe and at ease (in my opinion)

well if you find a solution to this please let me know 😅 definitely not getting my security deposit back lol. and yes get a snow!!!! He’s the biggest lover of the time and their personalities are so different and i love them equally. Truly the best decision we made was to get another!

Thanks again. I have A Brown spotted female (3yo) and thinking of also getting a white spotted male (kitten) for a friend/companion and hoping it will be a smooth transition!
@@egg7lvl50 np! i actually just looked but kona is 2yrs and 5months and ashton is 1year and 9 months so they’re 8 months apart in age! at first we scared because kona was mad, but she got over it within an hour, just kinda followed him around a lot. goodluck!

My advice was deleted all the time when I trying to advise you what you ask about it.i had male bengal the litter box will have ouder if your male cat not castrated .
If your boy not castrated will smell ,they got sent in urine even in poo because bengals partly wild 🐱
