How many users can use this device at the same time? No info online or with the supplied booklet.

I have the AC1200 that looks exactly like this model, but no light turns on to indicate it works and I don’t see it in the wifi settings from my phone

I see Makro has it in stock as an online exclusive. Otherwise, maybe you can check with Nexushub, they also stock the Cudy routers.

Imagine if this router had USB-C for power and being able to connect a 20,000 mAh power bank to it with SIM Card inserted during Load Shedding, by the way Carbonite, which ISP do you think has good prices on Data for a SIM Card?

Well it all determines who the underlying network would be, there are always going to be drawbacks to each network, whether it be price, signal quality or line speed.

Will a phone sim with unlimited data work in this or does it have to be data only?

From what I understand these devices are intended to run off of hotspot data....whether that is part of a normal phone plan or one specifically for hotspot data however those hotspot specific plans usually include a hotspot device sent by the provider which they want you to use and may throttle you down hard if you try to use something else.
For example I got a plan from Boost that offered unlimited talk and text and 15gb of data (make sure the plan you choose includes hotspot) also keep in mind when most plans say "unlimited" that doesn't include hotspot and hotspot will almost always be capped in some way.

Can i do QOS? Bandwidth limiting?
Also can I save a pin code of a sim without inserting the pin each time @eagle2k

Will check again this afternoon, however pretty sure QoS and bandwidth limiting was supported

QOS is there, haven't seen bandwidth limiting (monthly data limit and time-of-day access schedule, per device, yes). PIN codes are a feature/setting of the SIM itself, not the device using it. The device would need to store the PIN, which would be a security no-no.
