Wow a pipe organ at your house. At that age I had to bicycle 5km through snow to practice on an organ in an unheated church! I am from Alkmaar and attended some of the competitions on the Schnitger there so I might have heard you. Too bad they wrecked the acoustics of the church with the renovations and coffee store inside.

CCurrently you in Belgium, the life of a musician and organist specifically com 'is? ... It' easy to live music ?! In Italy after 10 years of conservatory you find yourself having to invent a new job because the musician is not taken into account precisely. Figure professional organist in the Italian church it does not exist, therefore the organist often remains isolated and frustrated. Italy is full of ancient organs, but these tools often remain silent just because the church does not recognize the institutional role of the organist !!
That is like in Belgium, Leonardo. I once applied to become organist at a rather large organ and an important church, but they appointed an amateur which they did not have to pay.
